March 20 2004--Responding to intense client demand for large volume silkscreening production, Eagle Promotions a leading promotional product and advertising company servicing corporate clients nationwide has completed an agreement to acquire privately held Superior Screen Printing of Las Vegas, NV. This acquisition provides Eagle Promotions with all of Superior Screen Printings entire assets. Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.

Eagle Promotions has received numerous recognitions and awards over the past 10 years, including Top 2% of Promotional Product Distributors nationwide, and Top 100 Screen Printers nationwide. Eagle Promotions is currently in the process of being certified through the National Minority Purchasing Council.

Combining the resources of these two companies will increase our volume by 20%. Our aggressive pricing, and dedication to customer service have been the major factors driving our growth., Commented Sean Ono, Co-Owner of Eagle Promotions.

This is the second acquisition in 3 years for Eagle Promotions. In 2001 Eagle Promotions merged with EP Performs, building Eagle Promotions into an advertising specialty power house. Both acquisitions affirm Eagle Promotions commitment to being a leader in promotional product distribution.

We made this decision for several reasons. There is a clear demand for volume t-shirt and clothing screen printing. And from a logistical standpoint, it made sense to acquire another Las Vegas company. Las Vegas has been an excellent source of skilled, yet affordable, talent. Being headquartered in Las Vegas has been instrumental in allowing us to remain competitive in the global marketplace. , continued Ono.
