Eagle Promotions Receives Minority Owned Business Certification

Eagle Promotions recently received Minority Business Owner Certification from the National Minority Purchasing Council. Now Eagle Promotions clients can receive Minority Business credits for their promotional product purchases. May 26, 2004 -- Eagle Promotions recently received Minority Business Owner Certification from the National Minority Purchasing Council.

Now Eagle Promotions clients can receive Minority Business credits for their promotional product purchases. The National Minority Purchasing Council performs a comprehensive background investigation prior to certification to ensure the integrity of the program. Having been certified by the National Minority Purchasing Council, Eagle Promotions is also recognized by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). The NMSDC provides a direct link between minority owned businesses and most of Americas largest publicly owned, privately-owned and foreign-owned companies, as well as universities, hospitals and other buying institutions. In 2002, member corporations purchases from minority businesses exceeded $72 billion. In order to receive a Minority Business Owner certification, a company primary owner must be a minority (Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American).
